Diese Partner fungieren dann als Auftragsverarbeiter, mit denen wir einen Vertrag, den sogenannten Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV), abschlie\u00dfen. F\u00fcr Sie am wichtigsten zu wissen ist, dass die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten ausschlie\u00dflich nach unserer Weisung erfolgt und durch den AVV geregelt werden muss.<\/p>\n<p>Wie sind Auftragsverarbeiter?<\/p>\n<p>As a company and website owner, we are responsible for all data that we process from you. In addition to the data controllers, there may also be so-called data processors. This includes any company or individual that processes personal data on our behalf. This agreement primarily stipulates that the data processor shall process the data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR. The agreement must be concluded in writing, but in this context, electronic contract conclusion is also considered \u201ein writing\u201c. The processing of personal data will only commence on the basis of the agreement.
