Our apartments are fully equipped and feature a kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen, towels, and basic kitchen utensils are included. You can find a detailed list under the 'Amenities' section.

Yes. Our studio apartments can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

Parking in our private garage costs €20 per night. It is just a few minutes' walk from the apartments.

You can find the current prices for parking in public street spaces on the City of Graz website. The CityStage Studios are located in the green zone, and the ParkSide Studios are in the blue zone. Further information can be found here:

Pets are very welcome. There is a charge of €20 for the entire stay.

Please make payment by bank transfer to our account. The total amount is due before arrival, or at the latest upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed.

Here you can conveniently pay online with your PayPal account or your credit card. In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount according to our cancellation policy.

The prices include VAT and all additional charges (e.g. tourist tax). Additional services, such as parking or bringing a pet, are not included.

For arrivals from Thursday to Saturday

• Free cancellation: up to 72 hours before arrival
• Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival: 100% of the total price
• No-show: 100% of the total price

For arrivals from Sunday to Wednesday

• Free cancellation: up to 24 hours before arrival
• Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival: 100% of the total price
• No-show: 100% of the total price

For long stays

• Free cancellation: up to 9 days before arrival
• 8–5 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• Less than 5 days before arrival: 80% of the total price
• No-show: 100% of the total price

Unless otherwise agreed, the total price is due before arrival or at the latest upon arrival. Payment can be made in cash or electronically using the offered payment methods. All prices are in Euros and include VAT and statutory levies such as the local tourist tax.
