What is included in the apartment?

Our apartments are fully equipped and feature a kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area, and Wi-Fi. Bed linen, towels, and basic kitchen utensils are included. You can find a detailed list under the 'Amenities' section.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Yes. Our studio apartments can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

How much does parking cost?

Pets are very welcome. There is a charge of €20 for the entire stay.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or via PayPal. Payment by invoice (bank transfer) Pay by bank transfer to our account. Unless otherwise agreed, the total amount is due before arrival or by arrival at the latest. Payment via PayPal Here you can conveniently pay online with your PayPal account or with your credit card. In the event of cancellation, we will refund the amount to you according to our cancellation policy.

Are all costs included in the price?

The prices include VAT and all additional charges (e.g. tourist tax). Additional services, such as parking or bringing a pet, are not included.

When is my booking due to be paid?

Unless otherwise agreed, the total price is due before arrival or at the latest upon arrival. Payment can be made in cash or electronically using the offered payment methods. All prices are in Euros and include VAT and statutory levies such as the local tourist tax.

Parking in our private garage costs €20 per night. It is just a few minutes' walk from the apartments.
